How we help

Stay Current & Compliant on Performance-Related Pay

We offer training sessions and workshops that allow senior leaders and appraisers to focus on the practical details of how they can work together to improve performance.

This involves assessing against the appropriate standards; deciding the timescales that will apply in planning objectives for underperforming teachers; and practising the skill of writing pupil-related appraisal objectives with robust and unambiguous success criteria.

Our training courses also cover the STRB Report on Leadership Pay and Non-Pay Conditions of Service, helping head teachers and governors implement an appropriate framework for assessing leadership over time according to Ofsted requirements.
