From September 2015, we’ve seen some radical reforms to the inspection process, with the introduction of a Common Inspection Framework and more frequent, shorter inspections for schools judged to be ‘good’.
Rather than just provide you with an overview of the new requirements and work with the ‘fear factor’ that most schools feel in anticipating an inspection, we want to guide you through the aspects of leadership and management that make the most significant differences to how schools are judged.
This interactive, one-day session will focus on the effectiveness of leadership and management and how this impacts on all of the other areas of a school’s work. It will support leaders to reflect on current practice and take it to the next level. There will be a sharp focus on what constitutes ‘outstanding’ practice, based on the belief that even schools who require intensive support are striving to provide the best educational opportunities possible.
